Since being licensed to practice law in 1985, I have focused on representing people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle collisions and representing children injured through the negligence of others.

While you can open the Yellow Pages and find hundreds of attorneys who claim to be specialized in these areas, I believe you will find that few of them, if any, actually have the level of knowledge and experience I possess.

In trying 41 cases before juries, I have continually built upon my previous knowledge and experience and developed my specialization in motor vehicle collisions and the representation of children. I truly believe I know and understand all of the difficulties of such cases and I am constantly reading and studying to keep up with the latest changes in these areas of the law.

I am particularly proud of my skills and knowledge in the area of wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. These are cases where it is often difficult to prove the extent of injuries suffered by my clients and I have developed methods which allow me to obtain the maximum possible result out of jury verdicts in such cases.

Because I have become highly specialized in these areas, and because I wish to give each of my clients my full undivided attention, I do limit the number of clients I will represent at any given time. This means that if I am representing you, you will always be able to talk to me whenever you wish. I develop a strong connection with all of my clients and do not wish to short change any of them by not being available to them when they need me.

My expertise has allowed me to earn a certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. This is an honor I’m very proud of as it is granted only to attorneys who meet the most stringent requirements.
