mediation-attorneyIn mediation, you and your spouse use a neutral facilitator to reach an agreement on all of the issues in your divorce without the use of attorneys. Mediation is a voluntary process in which you and your mediator will craft the divorce agreement. However, mediators cannot draft any legal documents that have to be submitted to the court. You and your spouse or your attorneys can draft the documents necessary to finalize your divorce.
