I have extensive experience in trying complicated, difficult cases involving serious injury to both adults and children.

My trial resume includes five wrongful death cases, three of which were tried in Minnesota, one in Arizona, and the fifth in Iowa. I’ve also tried no less than eight catastrophic injury cases.

These are cases in which it is frequently difficult to prove the value of the lives, the pain, and the suffering involved. I understand how to prepare and take such difficult cases to trial and have been very successful in doing so. A jury returned a verdict of Four Million Dollars to my clients in a wrongful death of a child in Arizona. That was the single largest verdict ever returned in a wrongful death of a child case in that State.

Having tried 41 cases before a jury in a little over 20 years, I’ve already had more jury trials than most attorneys have in their entire lifetime. I negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the maximum settlement, and if we can’t reach a negotiated settlement to your liking, I’m always prepared to go to trial.
