Joshua was born in Duluth, Minnesota in 1980 and grew up in Duluth, Bemidji, and the Twin Cities metro. He graduated from Kennedy High School in Bloomington, Minnesota in 1999 and William Mitchell College of Law (WMCL) in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2016 with honors. At WMCL, Joshua served as editorial staff on the WMCL Law Raza Journal of Race and the Law and was published in the Sua Sponte edition of the WMCL Law Review.
Joshua is admitted to practice before the Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota courts and has practiced before the Minnesota district, federal, and appellate courts, in addition to quasi-judicial administrative bodies, arbitrators, and mediators.
From his second year of law school to today, Joshua has been zealously representing clients in these forums and looks forward to continuing this work in his role as Associate Attorney at JD Haas & Associates, PLLC.
